2019 Registration

Registration for the 2019 season is now closed.

REGISTRATION DATES AND FEES


Registration closes 6/12 at 8 pm

Offline late registrations will be considered only if room allows per team.

$150 per cheerleader


● All registration and apparel fees are Non Refundable.


● Child must be 5 years old as of 08/31/19, a resident of Danvers or attend school in Danvers, and entering Kindergarten through 8th grade in September of 2019.


● One parent or relative is obligated to volunteer at least one shift each season per child in either the snack bar, the CAYFL competition or at another event or other capacity. A fee may apply if not fulfilled.


● Registration fees do not include Competition fees which are paid later in season for those competing.


● Cheerleaders on some of the squads will need to attend a mandatory pre-season clinic for their age division. This session is used to determine skill levels for each cheerleader and the squad as a whole. Dates will be provided at fitting.


**AFTER** REGISTERING ONLINE YOU MUST ATTEND ONE UNIFORM/APPAREL NIGHT

●  Additional paperwork will need to be filled out at the event so the legal guardian of each child must attend.


● Please bring your health insurance card/number.


● Please make sure you bring a form of payment for apparel packages - cash, check, or credit card. 


● All NEW cheerleaders must bring a COPY of their birth certificate.


●  Cheerleaders need to attend registration with their parent(s) to be fitted for apparel.


● Mandatory apparel packages (warm up suits, sneakers, body suits and shorts) for new cheerleaders will need to be purchased at registration.


● All returning cheerleaders are required to purchase new sneakers each year. You may also replace order other pieces that no longer fit. Warm up suits will be the same style as the 2018 season.


● Uniforms (vest and skirt) will be provided to each cheerleader but must be returned at the end of the season. All girls will be sized at registration but will receive their uniform during August practice.


Trying on a uniform at the registration event does not guarantee your child THAT specific uniform. Kids grow from the time they put it on in May/June until they are given out in September so we have to allow for some switching of items to accommodate everyone.

NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

DYFC offers several scholarships each year based on financial need. We ask for proof of hardship with a copy of a government  document showing food, housing or other assistance.  All requests are confidential.
